At Diners Club, we strive for sartorial perfection, but if your purchase is not a perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
